What is AvitCart?
AvitCart is an online marketplace where you can shop from curated products and independent seller stores across Nigeria, all with prices in Naira. Sellers can also create their own online storefront without building a website.
How do I create an online store in Nigeria on AvitCart?
Sign up as a store seller, complete store setup (name, logo, bank details), upload products, then share your public store link. New sellers get a 1-month free trial. See the full walkthrough on the Sell page.
Do I need a website to sell?
No. AvitCart hosts your storefront at a shareable URL. Keep using WhatsApp for support and put your store link in your status and bio.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by product and seller, typically 3–14 business days within Nigeria. Estimated delivery is shown on product pages and at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Buyers pay in Naira via Paystack (cards and local methods). Some seller stores also support bank-transfer confirmation flows.
Are there hidden fees for buyers?
No. The full price breakdown — product cost and delivery fee — is shown before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order has a tracking timeline from payment confirmation through processing, shipping, and delivery.
How do I sell on AvitCart?
Sign up → create your store → list products → share your link. Once your store is active, customers can buy from you on AvitCart.
When do sellers get paid?
After a customer pays, your share appears in Earnings → Available. Request a payout once you reach the minimum amount; funds are transferred to your bank account.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
Contact support or request a return through your dashboard. We work with sellers to resolve issues quickly.
